One Day I Started a New Life, an art book featuring my collage and mixed media work from the past decade, is forthcoming in 2024 from Litwin Books.
Wild Crone Wisdom: Poetry and Stories, the second book from my recently created Wild Librarian Press, is now available. Several of my collages were part of the group show Exhibition: Collage at the Altadena Library for September/October 2023. The show was curated by the wonderful writer and artist Toti O’Brien.
My book BEYOND 70: The Lives of Creative Women is now available. It was the #1 new Amazon release in “Individual Artists Essays” for several weeks after its release. BEYOND 70, published by Nauset Press, features the inspiring stories of phenomenal women I interviewed between the ages of 70-98.
My book We Were Going to Change the World: Interviews with Women from the 1970s and 1980s Southern California Punk Rock Scene has been a text for different university classes in rock music history and women/gender studies. I’m happy to share that it was also recently adopted for high school level curriculum at Long Beach Unified School District in Long Beach, CA, beginning 2023.
